ATM machines across the country are decorated in rainbow colours to celebrate Pride events.
Lloyds employees have also been encouraged to join in with Pride celebrations across the country. Over 60 employees marched under a Lloyds banner in London Pride, and more are expected to take part in upcoming parades.
Fiona Cannon OBE, Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Lloyds Banking Group, said: ‘As a Group, we’re passionate about ensuring our business truly reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Supporting the LGBT community is of immense importance to us, and ensuring our LGBT colleagues are as engaged as other groups of colleagues is a key commitment within our Helping Britain Prosper plan’.
Lloyds Banking Group was recently named as the top private sector employer in Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers list, and has an active Rainbow Network consisting of 2,200 colleagues.
